This service includes a full Interior and exterior spray with non-odorous chemicals.
Interior includes all baseboards, under sinks, behind appliances, patio and garage.
Exterior includes a total building perimeter spray with concentration on windowsills and door frames. Cob web cleaning and wasp nest removal are included. If a follow up treatment is required, we will return within 24 hour guaranteed at no additional charge.
Household Exterior Perimeter Baiting Program
A convenient solution for today’s busy family!
This program includes a barrier bait application around the entire base of your home, as well as, a residual spray concentrating on window sills and doorframes. Cob web cleaning and wasp nest removal are also included. If any pests make it through the perimeter barrier, we will return within 24 hour guaranteed and treat the inside of your home with liquid, gel or granular baits at no additional charge.
Lawn & Ornamental Care Program
This program is specifically designed for the control of the following:
Various Lawn Pests including: Cinch bugs, Spittle Bug, Thrips, White Grubs, Billbugs, Armyworms, Earwigs, Millipedes, Fire Ants, etc.
Chewing Insects on Trees/Palms/Shrubs and Ornamentals including: Aphids, Spider mites, White fly, Scale, Leaf Miners, Beetles, Caterpillars, etc.
Various types of Disease and Fungus on Lawn, Shrubs and Ornamentals: Brown Patch, Brown Spot, Dollar Spot, and Sooty Mold, etc.
Quarterly Lawn & Ornamental Fertilization Program
Our Fertilization Program “Specifically Designed for Florida Landscape” includes (4) granular fertilization applications, (2) of the (4) will be Weed & Feed applied during the winter months.
In addition, a liquid herbicide application will be performed on all services for the following:
Various Broadleaf and Sage type Weeds including Crabgrass, Florida Betony, Dollar weed, Match weed, Garden spurge, etc. will be treated.
